Lifting Weights
 PERSONAL TRAINING - Our highly experienced and nationally accredited personal trainers will use scientific principals and their vast knowledge to create a training program designed for YOU! Starting with an initial interview and health screening we will determine your level of fitness and begin to test, observe and gain the information necessary to progress you above and beyond your expectations. Our passion and enthusiasm will propel you through each workout. Using a balanced approach based on periodization will guarantee you continued success over the years. We spent over 40 years training ourselves and others to be their best and there is no substitute for this experience. CORPORATE FITNESS - Balanced Bodies offers a wide variety of group fitness classes and personal training programs geared to motivate and encourage  a healthy lifestyle. The all-level onsite fitness classes are created so anyone can participate regardless of their fitness levels.Balanced Bodies' highly experienced trainers and fitness instructors deliver workouts in a welcoming, fun, and safe atmosphere. Class schedules and frequencies are customized to meet needs and interest levels. In addition to a great workout, group fitness classes provide participants a chance to get together, and have fun!

Fitness Class
GROUP TRAINING -  Get together with freinds or family and share a workout designed just for you. 2-4 people per session. GROUP TRAINING AVAILABLE IN 10 AND 20 SESSION PACKAGES

Senior Therapy
SENIOR FITNESS - With the proper workout plan seniors who exercise regularly can expect to increase metabolism, strengthen muscles, lose body fat and fight depression. We offer one to one private training programs in your home or our studio.

Break Dance Crew
 DANCE FITNESS - Our Dancefit program combines the most innovative, cutting edge choreography and music to deliver an exhilarating workout every time! We offer classes in Cardio Hip Hop, Dance Flow and Beginner Cardio Jazz–there's something for every level. Dancefit's originator and former event performer for Equinox Fitness New York, Tammie Donnelly, brings a motivating and enthusiastic approach to all of her classes.
